This stunning dress comes with balloon sleeve and a v cut neckline. The back is a corset tie back. The skirt is is tiered with ruffle around each tier and it has a lining that goes up the knee. There is also a cut out around the waist that wraps to the back. The dress has no zipper but there is an expandable band on the back of the skirt.
