Return Policy and Procedure


ONLINE RETURN POLICY: does not provide returns for refund. We do however provide store credit. Any returns must be received by within 15 days of the customer's receipt. If customer wishes to exchange item in store, exchange must occur within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. Store credit will be provided to the customer once the exchange is processed. All accessories and bathing suits are final sale. will not be responsible for return shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 7 Day exchange only. No refunds. Receipt must be present and tags must be attached. If no exchange is made money will be put onto a gift card. 



Return Disclaimer 

All items returned will be inspected thoroughly. We reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% to 25% on each item returned depending on the state the item is in. We also reserve the right to refuse a return in certain situations, and return shipment to sender. 

Discounted Sales

All sales that have a discount applied to it are final. No returns, exchanges or store credit may be applied. This includes buy one get one free sales or percentage sales. 

All Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales are final. No exchanges. No credit. No exceptions.
